Jamie Laing has confessed he travelled almost 200 miles to get into the University of Leeds after being rejected.
Jamie, who according to Celebrity Net Worth is now worth around £7.1million, was sadly rejected from Leeds, his first choice university, after failing his exams. He got on a train from London to Leeds, knocked on the door of the drama department, and asked for another chance. Speaking to co-host, and co-star on Made In Chelsea Alex Mytton, Jamie said: "I went on the train by myself, without telling my mum, parents, anyone. I just went up there and knocked on the drama department door and said, 'Hi, I failed my exams, but I really want to come here'. And they went, ‘well we’re fully subscribed."
Jamie said he the went home to London, reapplied on his UCAS page to University of Leeds. Soon after he was given an unconditional offer.
