🛩️ Hold on tight! The Red Arrows have been booked for a stunning flypast before the Formula 1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone

The Red Arrows will make a grand return to Great Britain’s home of motor racing this July, as a flypast over the Formula 1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone is confirmed.

The likes of Lewis Hamilton, Charles Leclerc and reigning double world champion Max Verstappen will be graced with a pre-race flyover by the Royal Air Force’s Aerobatic Display Team. Despite this, the Reds were given clearance to perform at the British Grand Prix in 2022, and will be back there for 2023 – much to the delight of motorsport fans across the world.

The reason for this exemption was the Red Arrows’ passenger jets using sustainable fuels, as the pre-race military flyover ban was implemented to help the sport reduce its carbon footprint.
