Decorated striker Kermit Erasmus has become the first player to lift three consecutive MTN8 titles after Orlando Pirates defended their top-eight crown against Mamelodi Sundowns at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday. Goalkeeper Sipho Chaine proved the hero as Pirates defeated Sundowns thanks to a tense penalty shootout after a goalless stalemate after 120 minutes of football."Obviously, three finals and you are not guaranteed to win, but giving your best is guaranteed and for me that is what I always try to do leading up to games," a delighted Erasmus said post-match.
