Rangers striker Cyriel Dessers has confirmed he had to be subbed off against Celtic through injury.
Dessers - who fears he has damaged sprained ankle ligaments - admitted he had to be withdrawn after struggling to play on.Now, Dessers has confirmed the challenge from Carter-Vickers in the box in the first half left him sweating over his fitness.“It was the tackle from Carter-Vickers and it’s my ankle. I tried to go on because obviously, it was the game of the year, the big final at the end of the season, one big push. But I had to come off.
