Marie Botha from Boksburg saw an incredible scene at the Sunset Dam near Onder-Sabie in the Kruger. A giant kingfisher sat on the wall of the weir, and not long after another came to sit. She shares what happened next:
We recently stopped at Sunset Dam near Lower Sabie in the Kruger Park to have our morning coffee. We noticed a giant kingfisher on the wall of the weir – it called out incessantly.
A second kingfisher landed right next to the first one.
