“Hate crimes and and hate motivated criminal activity have no place in our community and our officers are working diligently to identify this suspect,” said Cst. Mansoor Sahak of North Vancouver RCMP in a statement. The suspect is described as a woman with brown and red shoulder-length hair, about 5-foot-6, wearing a turquoise rain jacket, dark blue pants, and a light blue blouse.
Police are asking anyone who can identify the suspect or captured the incident on video to contact them at 604-985-1311.
