Local athletes aged 14 to 25 years of age from a wide range of sports are invited to partake in the program. They will complete core speed, strength, power and endurance tests in front of talent scouts from a number of national sport organizations. Since its inception in 2016, the program has identified over 1,600 athletes as having Olympic potential. Some have been in sports that they had never considered.
