It has already been a busy summer at Ibrox but Philippe Clement is far from done with his overhaul
Rapid Bucharest owner Viorel Moldovan admits Albion Rrahmani could be allowed to leave this summer - but it looks like a move to Rangers could be OFF.
However, Pro Sport report that the attacker is "close" to a €3m move to Slavia Prague. Amid the speculation, Moldovan said: “There is a possibility that he will leave. It's true. If there is grievance, no one can stop him. We have very good options in that position, young local players who have great quality. I am a follower of these young people who must be given space to play, encouraged and supported to be basic players at Rapid and certainties.
The player had started the summer with an £8million price tag - but the Sussex Express states that is set to be dropped with the winger having just a year left on his deal. However, he has still to be "assessed" by new head coach Fabian Hurzeler.
