The Rangers Charity Foundation has donated £15,000 to its armed forces partners.
The foundation has made the donation to three services-related charities as part of its Armed Forces Fund Partnership for 2022/23.
"We also continue our charitable work throughout the year supporting serving personnel and veterans in the community and with the club, celebrating Armed Forces Day at Ibrox and marking Remembrance at a dedicated match."SSAFA provides personalised face-to-face support for those who are currently serving, or have served as a regular or reserve, in the Royal Navy, the Royal Marines, the British Army or the Royal Air Force, as well as their families.
"Put simply, without the support from Rangers, the impact and reach of our work – which improves and changes lives – would be hampered, and so we greatly appreciate this commitment to SSAFA and its operations."Poppyscotland has been supporting service men and women, veterans and their families since 1921 in recognition of their sacrifices and service.
"It will help ensure that we are there for any member of the Armed Forces community in Scotland, showing that together we are all behind them. Always.", and for more than a century has been helping former servicemen and women deal with issues like post-traumatic stress disorder , anxiety and depression.
