The two Morris County squads played to a scoreless tie on Wednesday night.
With just a few seconds left in double overtime, Randolph went to line up for a free kick, but the referee blew the play dead before the the Rams could get a shot off. It was a bizarre ending to a game that was well-played on both sides. Randolph earned a couple of chances on free kicks down the stretch in the second half and nearly found the space to score at the end of the first overtime.
Roxbury struggled to create scoring chances, but it did have a dangerous corner in the second overtime period. The feed was solid, but the Gaels could not connect on the back post. Keeper Aislyn Rivera made seven saves, including a diving save in the first half of the game that kept Randolph off the board. The N.J.
