"[H]e [Ramaphosa] has not made these appointments," Presidency spokesperson Vincent Magwenya told News24, adding there was no timeframe to fill the vacancies.
Ramokgopa became part of Ramaphosa's executive as minister in the Presidency responsible for planning, monitoring, and evaluation, while Chauke quit but has since taken up a"voluntary" role as special envoy for strategic relations and investment position in the Presidency.
