JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa signed the Gender-Based Violence and Femicide Declaration and opened the new Booysens magistrate's court on Monday.The president announced a number of countermeasures against gender-based violence and child abuse including storing documents in a cloud-based system to prevent loss of dockets.
