“It will just continue to take the edge off what remaining drought conditions there are,” said Rick Canepa, a National Weather Service meteorologist. “It’s been a healthy season so far.” To the south, the Santa Cruz Mountains received 1.07 to 2.48 inches of rain over the 24-hour period ending at 8 a.m. Sunday.
