The winger enjoyed a successful seven-year spell with the Citizens following his arrival from Liverpool in 2015, contributing to an incredible 225 goals in 337 appearances and claiming 11 trophies.
While his time in Manchester is largely considered a massive success, things in his last few seasons under Guardiola appeared to change as his place in the side was no longer guaranteed.with Thomas Tuchel's Chelsea, a move he explains came about due to the circumstances under which he was playing at City.
"Since I was 17 I've been a regular starter, and to get to the peak in my career, not to be playing regularly was something I wouldn't accept," he said, according to"My personality is to try to fight and change the scenario, but it didn't come and that was it.
