Lincolnshire Police say 'multiple calls' concerning disorder were received early on Tuesday.
Two people have been charged with public order offences following a protest outside former RAF Scampton.
Both were later released on police bail with conditions not to go within one mile of RAF Scampton, and are due to appear before Lincoln Magistrates' Court in November.
