To uplift herself and create a positive atmosphere, she put on upbeat music to get ready for school, completed her usual morning routine, and engaged in activities that brought her joy, such as working out, going to work, listening to a podcast, and journaling. Despite the emotional toll, Kolisi made an effort to connect with her children, giving them extra cuddles at bedtime. She embraced self-care practices to end the day on a more positive note. Recognizing that many others might be facing similar challenges, she offered words of encouragement, stating, 'Won't last forever.' Kolisi and Siya announced their separation in October 2022, emphasizing their continued commitment to raising their four children together and supporting their foundation.
