There was plenty of gold to go around for athletes from the Quinte Lynx Track and Field Club at the Legion District F meet in Oshawa.Kevin Salaudeen finished first in the triple jump and long jump. Sydney Johnson was a double gold medalist in shot put and discus.And Ainsley Phillips won gold in triple jump in the Under 16 girls division.

All four were selected to the 40-member District F Championship team that will compete at the Ontario Legion championships next week in Brampton.
