Strong demand for mince pies, biscuits and hampers boosted festive trading at royal grocer Fortnum & Mason.
Revenues at the privately owned London based retailer, bought by the billionaire Weston family in 1951, increased by 15% during the five weeks to 29 December 2019, with particularly strong results online. He credited this to “the right locations and environments, the right products and exceptional services.”
