Close members of the Royal Family comforted one another as they looked at floral tributes left close to Balmoral Castle, where the
Sisters Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice read floral tributes that have been left for the Queen – who is said to have been like another daughter to the Queen – and their daughter Lady Louise Windsor. After spending a few minutes with the tributes, the family gathered at the gates together, waving to crowds and appearing to express their gratitude. The Countess of Wessex, who was particularly close to the Queen, mouthed ‘thank you’ to those assembled, while Prince Andrew put his hands together as in prayer and bowed to the crowd of well wishers.
