The former Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, said that the late Queen was 'absolutely on it' and 'seemed very bright, very focused' in their meeting just two days before her death
Former Prime Minister Boris Johnson has opened up about how the late Queen Elizabeth II had been "absolutely on it" in their final meeting just two days before her death.
The Conservative backbencher, who was the 14th Prime Minister of the Queen's 70-year reign, said he was moved by her "sense of duty" during their meeting. "She seemed very bright, very focused. Look, she was clearly not well, I think that was the thing I found so moving when we all heard about her death two days later.
"Because of all that, she was able to reassure, and no matter how bad things were, she would always encourage you."
