Quebec woman on the hook for car repairs after stolen Audi used in Vaughan Mills mall robbery
A Quebec woman said she was left “speechless” when York Regional Police called to say her stolen car was involved in aTaylor-Anna Kobinger said she listed her 2011 Audi A4 on Facebook Marketplace for $12,000 in late January to help with a down payment on a house.
On Sunday, Kobinger said a man responded to her advertisement and she went with him to take the vehicle for a test drive. “He almost crashed into a car,” Kobinger said, adding that at one point he was allegedly driving 60 kilometres per hour in a maximum 30 kilometres per hour zone.
