The QA Automation Engineer will collaborate closely with engineering teams, product owners, support, and customer success to identify critical issues, implement fixes, and foster continuous improvement through automation. This role champions a test automation mindset and contributes to a culture of quality and continuous delivery.Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tooling across applications.Promote automation best practices and continuous delivery within the team. Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to identify and prioritize high-impact defects.Report on testing metrics, results, and trends.B.Com / B.Sc. in IT, or equivalent qualification.Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, API Testing, K6, BDD.Familiarity with risk analysis, change management, and test design techniques.Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and risk controls across projects.
