.PURITY_RING return after 5 years with Stardew, announce third album Womb & tour dates
is back! On Tuesday , the Canadian indie-pop duo unveiled "Stardew," the lead single of their upcoming third studio album,The pulsating track finds the band in search of respite in the midst of ever-changing chaos.
The new LP -- which was written, recorded and produced entirely by James and instrumentalist Corin Roddick -- is set to be released April 3 via 4AD Records and marks the band's first album in five years, following 2015's, Purity Ring will also embark on a North American headlining tour this summer, which kicks off May 3 at Van Buren in Phoenix, Ariz. and wraps up June 11 at The Palladium in L.A. before hopping the pond for a round of European dates.
