A pub landlady has issued a brilliant response to a customer who left a one-star review accusing her of flirting with customers
. Georgina Smith, who owns The Black Horse boozer in Stoke-on-Trent, was left shocked by one customer's TripAdvisor review giving just one star.
However Georgina, a 49-year-old former NHS worker, took the accusation in her stride by issuing a spot-on comeback to the aggrieved diner after she took over the pub from the previous owners last month. In a second post, she added: "Thank you for all the support over the past few days. Business as normal . See you all very soon."
