Police are investigating a possible link between two petrol bombing incidents which lefts cars seriously damaged.

In a statement, the PSNI said detectives “are appealing for information following a report of a petrol bomb incident at the Donaghanie Road area of Beragh on Friday 7th June”.Read more: US Special Envoy quizzed about his dog's name and cars at NI school “Enquiries are continuing and we are investigating a possible link between this incident and a report of a patrol bomb thrown at a black coloured car parked at the Beattie Villas area of Omagh sometime between 3:30am and 4:30am on Friday 7th June. Substantial damage was caused to the vehicle following the incident.
