Update: Technical issues with the Police Service of Northern Ireland's 101 number resolved.

Technical issues with the 101 non-urgent police number have been resolved, the Police Service of Northern Ireland has said.

It earlier said urgent work was under way to fix the issue after problems emerged on Tuesday evening.The PSNI thanked the public for their "assistance and patience whilst urgent repair work was carried out to fix this temporary issue".
