Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs may have been caught slipping by a rival, who has now begun talks to sign one of their reported transfer rivals.

The speedy winger recently parted ways with former club Royal AM. It is reported the split came after the two parties could not agree on a improved terms for a new deal. This publication reported just that Pirates and Mogaila were close to an agreement for next season. But in football, it doesn’t take long for things to change with the latest update possibly making the Buccaneers nervous. Firstly a later update from this publication revealed that Norwegian giantsare serious about signing the player. But that is not all. It has since been revealed that arch rivals Chiefs are also interested in the player.
“The talks have apparently started and things are looking good. They could have wanted him to join training now, not looking at how the season is going. They are negotiating that he joins the team in July when they come back for the new season in pre-season training,” said the source to the publication.
Will either Chiefs or Pirates also open talks? Or are they already in talks to sign Mogaila ahead of SuperSport? Only time will tell.
