PSL Clubs Keeping A Close Eye On Gullit's Son
According to Siya sources in the Cape, Maxim Gullit, son of Dutch legend Ruud Gullit who plays as a left-sided centre back, has impressed in his training stint with Stellenbosch, which has seen other clubs get wind of his presence in the country and are now watching his situation at Stellies closely.
The Siya crew has it on good authority that a number of teams in the top flight are watching the player’s situation with keen interest as Stellies continue to assess him. With his father having won the 1988 European Cup with Netherlands, the young Gullit does have a deep football heritage running in his lineage as the Grandson of Henny Cruyff, Johan Cruyff’s brother.
