Kaizer Chiefs are not having an easy transfer window. Cape Town Spurs are refusing to undersell Asanele Velebayi to Amakhosi.
The club’s CEO Alexi Efstathiou has told iDiski Times’ Sinethemba Makonco why Kaizer Chiefs have to table a better offer, adding that it costs R8-12 million to develop a single player from the age of 12 to 21.
