A Shin Min Daily News reader surnamed Zhang, 55, told the paper in a tip-off that she would often see approaching men outside the shop located on the third floor. A video which was supplied to Shin Min showed one of the women dressed provocatively in a red dress, laughing as she lightly touches a middle-aged man on the arm. Another photo showed the woman appearing to adjust her top while in conversation with the man. A 32-year-old man who was interviewed by the Chinese evening daily affirmed that at least one shop on the third floor provides 'special services' of a sexual nature

No Need for Further Expansion of Tuberculosis Screening, Ministry of Health AssessesThe Ministry of Health has assessed that there is no need to further expand tuberculosis screening in the area. The two active TB cases were among 2,548 people screened for the disease, the Ministry of Health (MOH) on Thursday (Feb 8) after the conclusion of the screening exercise. Most of them - 2,158 people - tested negative, while 322 were diagnosed with latent tuberculosis infection. Those with latent tuberculosis do not exhibit symptoms, are not infectious and do not pose a public health risk."The two persons have commenced treatment and will be non-infectious upon completion of two weeks of treatment."
