Provincial official funeral for ANC veteran Joe Tshayingwe Ngalo

JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa has approved a request by Eastern Cape Premier Phumulo Masualle to accord the late ANC and MK veteran Joe Tshayingwe Ngalo, a Provincial Official Funeral Category 2.Provincial Government spokesperson Sonwabo Mbananga said the national flag will fly at half-mast at every flag station in the province on the day of the funeral.

He was exiled in 1963, where he trained at Odessa, in the then Soviet Union . He returned to Africa to adapt his training at Kongwa Camp in Tanzania.
