“Cholera, hepatitis A and B, influenza, rabies, typhoid and yellow fever are some of the common illnesses that we would review to see if there’s a risk during travel to particular destinations,” said Boutilier.Booking your consultation with the clinic well in advance of travelling is recommended to make sure your vaccinations are in place.
Ashley McMullin of Glace Bay is also a pharmacist at the Shoppers Drug Mart location in Glace Bay and has taken advantage of the pharmacy’s travel clinic.
