Prosper ISD is asking voters to decide on a second football stadium priced at $94 million via a November bond election. Pictured, Children’s Health Stadium, which opened in 2019. Early voting begins today for the Nov. 7 bond election, and one Collin County school district is asking voters to approve a $2.8 billion package that includesEmail AddressSince 2019, the district has grown from less than 17,000 students attending 15 campuses to more than 28,000 students at 25 campuses.
Trotter said despite this requirement, Prosper ISD’s overall tax rate will be 18 cents lower than the 2022 rate, even if all propositions are approved. Proposition B: $140 million for technology devices for classroom instruction, including student, teacher and staff devices. This proposition would allow students and teachers on every campus to learn using technology used for preparation for their college and career choices.
