– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management– Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards within set timelines and budget constraints.
– Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring cost-effective delivery and maintaining or improving Gross Profit .– Develop and manage training schedules in consultation with stakeholders, ensuring objectives are met. – Guide and support Facilitators, Assessors, and Moderators to deliver on project scopes and deadlines.– Conduct monitoring visits to ensure training progress, learner attendance, and adequacy of workplaces.
– Keep project status reports updated weekly and ensure compliance with the Company’s Quality Management System .– Submit regular client feedback reports on learner progress and project status.– Manage learner onboarding, attendance, and remediation processes. – Source and recruit Facilitators, Assessors, and Moderators, and oversee their performance with support from the Talent team.– Quality assure timesheets/invoices and manage learner stipend payments where required.– Compile project plans, capture status updates, and proactively source host sites in the region.
