That’s part of the reason why he’s so eager to see trails in Pictou County fully reopened after Hurricane Fiona caused so much damage to them in September. Young said they recognize some of the work exceeds their ability and where needed will bring in experts. Young said he was very happy to see how receptive and supportive council appeared the be the night they made their presentation.“We don't have any regular funding, so we're really at the mercy of who's willing to give us money,” Young said.
