“This is unrelated to the technical issues that caused shutdown in the summer,’’ Kelly Williams, director of corporate services, said in an email to SaltWire. On June 17, a part had to be ordered from Germany, which took three week. The ferry re-entered service on July 1, but the part in another engine broke the following day and forced the vessel of service again until July 10.
