A Northern Ireland police officer has been suspended from his role for the last two months following a sexual assault allegation made by another PSNI officer.
The officer has since been released on police bail following the arrest, but remains suspended from his role within the PSNI. In a further statement, a senior PSNI officer said the force expects its officers to act professionally ‘at all times’.
