Part of that necessary momentum comes in the form of women uplifting and supporting one another. The need for sisterhood and mentorship is, in part, why the, a two-day event featuring workshops, resources, and tools to help women achieve their goals."It's so important to create safe spaces for women to support each other's ambitions and amplify each other's voices so we can break the myth that only one of us can succeed," Chopra-Jonas says.
As much as providing"a safe space, mentorship, and tangible ways for women to achieve what they want to achieve," is important, Chopra-Jones adds that being able to advocate for oneself is another major piece of the puzzle. Self-confidence is key and not always easy to muster up."It's tough when you walk into a room and you have to find your voice or your courage.
