Princess Kate greeted Qatar's Royal Family alongside her supportive husband, Prince William, who placed a hand on her shoulder during the welcome ceremony at their residence in London. They traveled with the Amir Sheikh Tamim and his wife Sheikha Jawaher to Horse Guards Parade for a ceremonial welcome with King Charles III. However, Princess Kate will not attend the State Banquet tonight but will join the heartwarming Christmas carol service at Westminster Abbey on Friday.
Queen Camilla missed the welcome ceremony due to lingering side effects of her viral chest infection and has been ordered to rest and recover fully by her doctors.
