The Prince of Wales was in good spirits as he made his first public appearance since his wife's health update
Prince William was seen in high spirits on Tuesday as he embarked on a day of engagements in South Wales, just hours after his wife, Princess Kate, announced she would be resuming some public duties following the completion of her cancer treatment.
Prince William, who appeared visibly pleased following his wife's recent health update, received a warm welcome from crowds who braved the weather and gathered outside the school to present him with cards and gifts in light of Kate's positive news.He later observed a showcase of the school's entries to Urdd Eisteddfod and met with the performers and their teachers who shared with him the impact of the festival, reports the Express.
Prince William has a busy itinerary on Tuesday as he is also scheduled to visit the Wales Air Ambulance headquarters in recognition of Air Ambulance Week. The Prince of Wales is set to visit the Scarlets' home ground to celebrate the achievements of Welsh female rugby players as part of the Welsh Rugby Union's "Missing Caps" campaign, ahead of the 2025 Women's World Cup.
