Healthcare groups speak to Prince Edward County Council
Prince Edward County Council has received a pair of presentations from representatives from local healthcare focused groups during their Tuesday meeting.
Hastings Prince Edward Ontario Health Team is a partnership of local health and social service providers, which as a group are accountable to Ontario Health. The partnership covers service providers across Prince Edward County, Hastings County, and the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory. Health PULSE is a partnership between Prince Edward County, Hastings County, Belleville and Quinte West, along with Ontario Health, Loyalist College, and other organizations, to share resources and work on collaborative solutions to the healthcare challenges facing the local municipalities.
