A spokesperson for the Light Foundation said Shaykh Bilal Brown, will deliver a speech on the day:
“On the theme of ‘The Importance of Community: Turning Strangers into Friends’, our guest speaker will share a few reflections on the Spiritual and Societal benefits of Ramadan, and how fasting ensures the unity and harmony of a society, thus leaving positive changes in communities. “If you are from the Muslim community wishing to attend, then we would encourage inviting and attending alongside a non-Muslim friend, family member, or colleague.”
