On Monday 7 November, President Ramaphosa confirmed that he delivered his submission to the panel appointed by Parliament.The statement reads that the president’s submission affirms his committed cooperation with the process, and he maintains that he has not violated his oath of office.
Heretofore, the president has refused to answer questions about Phala Phala in the National Assembly.
