File: Sibusiso Sithole had been the acting Prasa CEO for nine months when he tendered his resignation.In a statement relased on Thursday, Prasa said Sithole had"been at the helm of the organisation for nine months, when the Board agreed on a mutual separation upon his resignation".
Dr Nkosinathi Sishi has been seconded to act as the Group CEO, while the organisation searches for a full-time replacement. “Dr. Sishi is the Deputy DG: Public Entity Support responsible for Corporate Governance, Special Projects, and Public Entity oversight. His experience will be valuable in keeping Prasa on Track as the Board of Control continues the turnaround journey it has embarked upon”, the statement read.
