Power struggle? City Power, DA caucus leader clash over 'unpaid' bills amid claims she is being targeted
A prominent leader of the DA caucus in Johannesburg has found herself at the centre of a controversial billing disagreement with City Power , which she believes is politically motivated.
News24 has reliably learnt Belinda Kayser-Echeozonjoku has been accused of defaulting on payment arrangements for electricity while paying from a City of Johannesburg staff account.
