POTENTIAL TROPICAL CYCLONE 2 | Some strengthening is forecast during the next few days if the disturbance remains over water, according to the NHC.
As of 5 p.m. Tuesday, the disturbance was moving west at about 24 mph and was about 125 miles east of Trinidad, nearing the southern Windward Islands.
