Several Postbank outlets in KwaZulu-Natal have run out of cash.
As a result, social grant beneficiaries have been urged to collect their money from ATMs and retailers.Postbank spokesperson Bongani Diako said the announcement was made on public platforms, adding that there were teams on the ground who redirected beneficiaries to other available channels.
"Only 6% of the beneficiaries use the Sassa gold card issued by Postbank. However, this card works like any other bank card, and one can also receive a cashback," he said.
