Enchiladas Olé, 2418 Forest Park Blvd. in Fort Worth and 9005 North Tarrant Parkway in North Richland Hills, began 10 years ago as Vasquez’s brand of specialty enchilada sauces and gravies.Enchiladas Ole’s new west Fort Worth location is in a fomer brewing company sandwich cafe and pub in what was once a supermarket.
Olé will be across Camp Bowie Boulevard from a neighborhood favorite Tex-Mex restaurant, Mi Cocula, and also near a La Playa Maya location. There’s also a chain location of the region’s oldest Tex-Mex restaurant, Dallas-based El Fenix.Chicken enmoladas at Enchiladas Ole.Heirloom Garden Cafe, a new garden and patio lunch cafe inside Archie’s Gardenland, 6700 Z Boaz Place;A forthcoming new location of Dallas-based Rockfish Seafood, 6333 Camp Bowie Blvd.
Also, the legacy West Side Cafe, 7950 Camp Bowie West Blvd., a breakfast and lunch diner known for chicken-fried steak, changed hands recently. It will take a break for repairs after lunch ends Oct. 22 and will reopen Nov. 1.
