Another fan favourite eyes a new spot in Burnaby.
Brentwood is set to add another culinary gem to its growing roster — a popular Fraser Valley ocean-inspired seafood restaurant/gastropub, Bow & Stern.
The first Metro Vancouver location at the Amazing Brentwood was announced by the establishment on its Instagram page. Bow & Stern offers a mouthwatering maritime-themed menu — from fish and chips, sushi, oysters, Baja fish tacos and scallop carbonara to a variety of seafood platters. However, it’s not just the seafood menu — they have yam fries and chicken options for the vegetarian folks and the chicken lovers.
