Keen shoppers will get the chance to find some festive gifts among the mix of original stalls by local producers, crafters and makers
Organised by Sheri Blackett, over the years the fair has supported a wide range of local traders as well as raising much needed money for the Young Lives vs Cancer charity . This time, money raised will also be donated to Dumfries and Stewartry Women’s Aid.
Last year the event raised nearly £12,000 through entry tickets, the stall holders 10 per cent commission on the takings and their table money.“It is the ideal place to start your Christmas shopping with lots of unusual and lovely things for sale from specially selected independent retailers from festive food and drink to unique gifts and gorgeous clothes.The fair starts on November 20 between 4pm and 7.30pm and is on again the following day, November 21 from 10am until 3.30pm.
